In this post I would like to show you what - according to Richard from Lettings R Us is a CLEAN HOUSE.
On the inventory most of these items were either very clean or acceptably clean - and Richard seem to be indicating that the local cleaning company (which I will not disclose the name of here as I belive it was one of his 'out of the pocket' lies) was cleaning the house before we moved in.
Clean Oven (marked as 'Fair' according to Richard from Lettings R Us):

How do you like the professionaly cleaned fridge - hugh? :
or what about the microwave with some left overs?
Dishwasher:
How do you like garden with some weed, children safe pave stone against the fence and freshly cut lawn?
We have been telling them several times to do something about it - but guess what - they never did.
Carpets - apparently professionally cleaned - what do you think?:
Did I mention the leaking ceiling? Oh yes - it was leaking with a little bit of rain, but hey - Richard arranged for it to be sorted out - c'mon - give him some credit - he's not that bad after all!
Now, when it comes to how clean the shower and tabs were - well - check this out:

And now the best of all - the amount of lame scale on this tab - I mean c'mon!

The purpose of this blog is to warn the potential tenants who are looking to rent a property in Forme, Somerset.
We have been badly stung by the Lettings R Us and I hope no-one else will have to experience this the way we did. There are many genuine letting agents out there - Lettings R Us is just not one of them.
All pictures have been taken on the 30th of April 2011 (the day we got the keys to the property) - originals with genuine metadata can confirm the creation date if necessary.
